These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your relationship with Peterborough Mobile Tyre Services (“We”, “Us” or “Our”) and apply to all quotations, estimates, orders, and contracts for the supply and fitting of tyres and related services (“Services”) in the United Kingdom.

Agreement

By ordering any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, then you may not use our Services.

Services

We offer mobile tyre fitting services, which include tyre installation, tyre repair, and other tyre-related services. We will endeavour to perform the Services in a professional and timely manner. We reserve the right to refuse any job if it poses a risk to health and safety.

Pricing and Payment

Our Services’ prices will be as quoted on our site or as agreed upon in our communications. We make every effort to ensure that the prices of Services are correct at the time when the relevant information is provided to you. Payment for all Services is due upon completion of work. We accept payment by cash, credit or debit card.

Warranty

All new tyres supplied and fitted by us are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. We warrant our Services against defects in workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of service. This warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear.

Liability

Our total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation or otherwise, arising in connection with the Services shall be limited to the price paid for the Services. We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order for any reason until we have started providing the Services. To cancel your order, you must inform us of your decision. If we have already started providing the Services, you may be charged for the Services performed up to the time of cancellation.

Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts for the resolution of any disputes.
